Are you Emotionally Healthy? V

Hello Greatness,

Parents needs to help their children to be emotionally healthy by allowing them express themselves politely when especially they are upset.
Don’t shut them up.

I have seen where parents beat their kids and ask them not to cry out.
How can you flog a child and tell him/her not to cry?
You tell them to swallow it.

This is how we damage our kids.
So, they grow up to be emotionally inexpressive, suffering in silence.
I know of youths who will rather die than to reach out for help or counsel.
They have been that damaged.

Emotional healthy people take their emotions to God.
The Holy Spirit breathes on those emotions and use them for His glory.
It is not bad to cry and crying isn’t weakness.
If it makes you feel better, find a place in your closet and cry. Vent please before your blow.
Just make sure it’s a safe zone.

Call a friend up and vent. It is not gossip.
Ensure they are matured and like-minded and it must be someone who can counsel you afterwards.

When you surrender your emotions to the Holy Spirit, He gives you a sanitized sensitivity.Where you begin to feel the burden of others and the nations.
This moves you to intercession, where you seek to help or pull out people drowning.

Everyone that have been so damaged emotionally needs therapy.
Therapy doesn’t mean one is insane.
There are Christian therapists that can help you heal.
Every Single person shouldn’t get married until emotionally healed.

If you have a problem trusting people, you need help.
If you are very insensitive to others on how you speak or engage, you may need help.
Don’t reproduce after your kind. Get the needed help.

Finally, I leave you with a prayer you should always :

“Lord heal me deeply.”
