Teensaflame organisation has a running instruction for the year 2023 and we would love to share this with you.

This year God will want us to stay REFRESH!

When you are working on a system or a device, you may need to refresh the page from time to time especially when you need new updated information. Likewise, God will upload new things into your Spirit and mind and only those who dare to stay REFRESH can receive them.

What does it mean to refresh?
It means to stay ever green; to remain relevant and never stale; dried out nor burnt out.
Many people begin the year with so much energy and resolutions but before the end of the first quarter of the year, they get discouraged and give up on dreams and resolutions. Why? Because they run out of fuel (inner strength) and drive which can only be powered by His presence.

To refresh means to be topped up daily, that is rejuvenated.

This is how your system especially your spiritual life has to run. The spiritual controls the physical.
If you worn out spiritually, it affects all other areas of your life.
When your spiritual batteries become flat, you are capable of doing all the bad things you initially imagined that you could never do.

People who are spiritually worn out still parade themselves as powerful. But, we need to know that it is a question of time.
It will begin to show that you are no longer commanding such weight in the spirit.
Things that you used to overcome with ease like anger, offence, sexual urges etc now becomes big deal because you have no more power. (If you faint in the days of adversity, your strength is little).

When you refresh, you remain connected to the power source.

The secret place is your power source. It is where you refuel.

Your personal devotion or quiet time is your system of refuelling.
During war between countries, one of the places the enemy is likely to attack first is the source that supplies the system any form of power like weapons, financial aid e.t.c., because they know if they can block such from coming in or flowing, their opponent(s) will run out of ammunition to fight or retaliate the attack.

One of the sign of an early attack from the enemy is a gradual dwindling of your prayer and word life.

The devil does all he can to ensure you begin to loose interest in spending time with God, so your power can be exhausted thus you cannot sense danger talk-less of fight back.
His intent is to make you fail in your assignment and destiny and one way he does it is to make you spiritually weak, blind and lame.

When you are becoming weak to pray, please cry out for help like your life depends on it, because it really depends on it.

Every form of prayelessness is an attack from the enemy!

When you stay refreshed, you create an antidote to keep you watered always. You maintain the streams of constant power that can never run dry.

– Use every entry point to maintain your spiritual refreshment.
– Surround yourself with charging point, so you won’t get stranded
– Get sermons loaded on your phone, and use your free time as opportunity to charge even if it is for few minutes.

The year just began, you can’t run on half tank and think you can go far. Identify a charging point.
Another charging point is your associations.
– Who are your friends?
– What are your conversations like?

When you start running away from places and people who help you get closer to God, then it could only implied that you are under an attack.
It is time to edit your friends – operation delete friends who add no value to you and update people who fire you up.
They are there, if you can only humble yourself and ask God to show you.

Who and where is your charging point?

There is only little a power bank can do for you, because the power bank needs to be charged as well.
This means that if you depend on friends to charge you all the time, the odds are high that when they run out of power, you will become dead as well.

The generator though stronger than power bank is also limited. No matter how much you fuel a generator, it is bound by time.

I want to introduce you to the best charging point, the transformer!
Infact, I call it electricity itself – the Holy Spirit!
He is the power that raised Jesus from the dead, he powers the dead back to life and he has what it takes to regenerate your mortal bodies.

Pray in the spirit as much as you can. You carry inner power that has an inbuilt auto-charging system.
Partner with the Holy Spirit, acknowledge him, crave for him, ask him to help you. He is called the helper. He is the one who refreshes us.

So this year may our bodies, souls and spirits remain refresh as we pursue in our journey of destiny in Jesus. Amen.
