Hello Greatness,
Jesus knows what it means to be alone.
Prior to his crucification, He felt supported by His friends, His disciples but not for long.
A time in destiny was coming that He was ostracized from His friends and disciples.
Not all his friends could make it with him to the other side.
Every friendship/association will be tested with fire, only the allegiance that is impregnated with purpose that may stand the pain of the fire.
One of the difficult decisions to make is to say bye to old networks as one progresses in the pathway of destiny.
This is not because they are bad but they are simply not designated for your next level and vice versa.
Where are the people that were with you 20years ago?
Are they still with you today?
Your answer may be a good guess like mine.
The David – Jonathan friendship was one of a kind, it defied all kind of division.
The association was revaluated, tested but still came out stronger even till death against all odds.
Jesus carried His cross, and died on the tree alone even in the midst of well wishers.
He died alone.
This tells me..no amount of loneliness I may feel, Jesus went through worse.
And if my own suffering cannot be compared with that of Jesus then I need to relax and know it can’t be that bad.
Per adventure it does, Jesus has been through it so I can work through it.
